Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
- 150 gr fèta cheese
- A few vinegar-cured black olives
- 1 bunch purslane/li>
- A little caper
- ½ cup EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- A shot of oregano
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon traditional vinegar
Preparation
Rinse the tomatoes under tap water then peel the cucumber and slice both. Chop the onion and pepper in rounds. Put everything in a salad bowl; add the olives, caper and season with oregano, salt and mix well. Slice the feta cheese and add to the salad bowl. Dress with olive oil and vinegar.
